3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google or Facebook OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

New users receive 3 free credits upon registration. Additional credits may be purchased. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the product images and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant InstantClips a limited license to process it for video generation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated videos will meet your specific requirements or be free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantClips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
