Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

InstantClips (the Service) is a product of Instant Studio, Inc., a Delaware corporation (United States) that builds and operates the InstantStudio.ai platform. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstantClips is an AI-powered video generation tool that helps e-commerce sellers create product videos. We provide credits that can be used to generate videos from product images and descriptions.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account by signing in with Google, Facebook or WeChat, or with your email address (via a one-click sign-in link or a password). Each free user is limited to one brand. Creating multiple accounts for the same brand is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account suspension and credit revocation. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits

New accounts receive a one-time welcome grant of free credits. It does not renew, is non-transferable, and its size is promotional — we may change it for new accounts at any time. Credits included with a subscription reset to your plan's allowance at the start of each billing cycle; unused plan credits do not carry over. Purchased credits are drawn on only after plan credits. If a video fails to generate, the credits it reserved are automatically returned; a completed generation consumes its credits even if the result is not what you hoped for (see Section 8). Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe, our payment processor — your card details go to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing; your plan and its credits remain active until the end of the period already paid for, and we do not give partial-period refunds unless the law requires it. One-time credit packs are charged once and do not renew. We may change plan prices with notice; a price change takes effect at your next renewal.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the product images and content you upload, and you may use the videos we deliver for your own marketing and commercial purposes. By uploading content, you grant InstantClips a limited license to process it for video generation, and you confirm you have the rights to anything you upload. We may show delivered videos as portfolio examples — contact us if you would rather we not use yours.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.

8. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Generative AI is inherently unpredictable: outputs vary between runs and may contain errors, artifacts, or details that do not match your product or your instructions. Review every video before using it. We are not liable for errors in generated content, and credits spent on a completed generation are not refundable (a generation that fails outright refunds its credits automatically — see Section 4). Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control — we do not guarantee any particular business outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantClips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
